Welcome to a day filled with wagging tails, heartfelt sips, and boundless compassion! Join us for the Pooch-n-Peeps Wags & Sips Dog Refuge Fund-Raiser, starting at 11:00 am and concluding at 4:30 pm. Every sip and wag counts towards giving our furry friends a brighter tomorrow. Together, let’s raise our glasses and funds to support a refuge that nurtures love and care for dogs in need.
Wags & Sips Dog Refuge Fund-Raiser Itinerary
First Stop
Lamont’s, Join us at Lamont’s, a cherished name in WA’s Swan Valley winemaking scene for over 40 years. Lamont’s award-winning wines, rich in heritage, await your palate. Bring your furry companion along to enjoy the rustic gardens offering ample shade and relaxation. Spend approximately 50 minutes savouring Lamont’s wine tastings. Tasting fee is $10 per person. Afterward, we’ll continue our journey aboard Bernie to our next destination.
Second Stop
Valley Social, Discover Valley Social, a fresh addition to Swan Valley’s landscape, offering a unique brewery concept. Indulge in freshly brewed beer, craft cocktails from the Herbee spirits range, and a selection of wines paired with delightful food options. Spend ninety minutes here, enjoying lunch amidst lush greenery, away from the city bustle, with your beloved dog by your side.
Third Stop
Funk Brewshed, Experience the funky vibes of Funk Brewshed, founded by Dustin and Martin Michael from Toodyay. Embrace an hour of unconventional delights including ciders, wines, beers, craft sodas, and cold-pressed juices. Relax with your paws in the shade, soaking in the laid-back atmosphere. Today’s journey among fellow dog lovers promises a memorable experience. On your way home some paws will be snoozing and others snoring.

Meeting New Doggo Friends
Meeting new doggo friends is exciting for some dogs but can be a little daunting for others. Dogs experience their world through scent,
it is perfectly natural for dogs to be able to communicate, enjoy sharing time and have fun with their own kind. This is the same with people,
as some are better than others at meeting new people. Well, it’s no different for a group of dogs who are meeting for the first time.
Group Size
Pooch-n-Peeps offers a unique experience where dog lovers and their dogs share a fully organised day with other likeminded people. So, grab your lead, grab your dog, and jump onboard Bernie the Pooch Pawfect Bus. All the window seats are reserved for pooches where licking the scenery is part of the journey!

Need to know
DOG HARNESS IS ESSENTIAL. Your dog must have their own harness and lead. Our pooch safety belt clips to your dog’s harness. This ensures all dogs are safe.
Unfortunately securing your dog by their collar has the potential for neck injury.
Minimum peeps age 18, minimum pooch aged 16 weeks.
All the window seats are reserved for pooches where licking the scenery is part of the journey!
You can have peace of mind knowing Bernie the Pooch-n-Peeps Bus is fitted out with the following:
- Pooch and peeps seat belts
- Pooch snuggle blankets
- Full climate control
- First Aid Kit with Vet Emergency details
- Water & bowls, poo bags, and towels
- Everyone must be healthy, no illness or anything contagious
- Your pooch must be well behaved and able to socialise with other dogs and people without the aid of a muzzle
- Able to walk on a lead with a group of other dogs who will also be on leads
- Two dog limit per person
- Harnesses only. No retractable leads or correctional collars because of potential hazards in group situations.
- No transfers or refunds will be accepted with less than 3 days’ notice and the participant will forfeit the full ticket price.
- If a tour is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control e.g., extreme weather events, we will work with you to find a suitable date in the future.
- We understand circumstances can sometimes change, to receive 100% refund we need to receive your cancellation in writing no later than 10 days before your tour date.
- If 10 days’ notice is not provided there is a $50 administration fee charged per booking.
- There are no transfers within 3 days of the tour date and 100% of the ticket price will be forfeited if you are not able to attend.
- Carefully planned seating means everyone gets plenty of room. We provide a wonderful safe, happy, healthy, and unique day out with your dog.

- Pooch’s & Peeps all have seatbelts, air-conditioning, and water.
- Pooch’s have seat-covers, snuggle blankets, poo-bags, water and bowls

What’s excluded
- There are no food or beverages supplied by Pooch-n-Peeps.
- Transfers/transport to and from the designated meeting/pickup point.
