Dog Harness is Essential
Your dog must have their own harness and lead. Our pooch safety belt clips to your dog’s harness. This ensures all dogs are safe.
Unfortunately securing your dog by their collar has the potential for neck injury.
Minimum peeps age 18, minimum pooch aged 16 weeks.
All the window seats are reserved for pooches where licking the scenery is part of the journey!
You can have peace of mind knowing Bernie the Pooch-n-Peeps Bus is fitted out with the following:
- Pooch and peeps seat belts
- Pooch snuggle blankets
- Full climate control
- First Aid Kit with Vet Emergency details
- Water & bowls, poo bags, and towels
- Everyone must be healthy, no illness or anything contagious
- Your pooch must be well behaved and able to socialise with other dogs and people without the aid of a muzzle
- Able to walk on a lead with a group of other dogs who will also be on leads
Harnesses only. No retractable leads or correctional collars because of potential hazards in group situations.
No transfers or refunds will be accepted with less than 3 days’ notice and the participant will forfeit the full ticket price.
If a tour is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control e.g., extreme weather events, we will work with you to find a suitable date in the future.
We understand circumstances can sometimes change, to receive 100% refund we need to receive your cancellation in writing no later than 10 days before your tour date.
If 10 days’ notice is not provided there is a $50 administration fee charged per booking.
There are no transfers within 3 days of the tour date and 100% of the ticket price will be forfeited if you are not able to attend.
Carefully planned seating means everyone gets plenty of room. We provide a wonderful safe, happy, healthy, and unique day out with your dog.

What’s excluded
- No food or beverages apart from Continental Breakfasts both mornings.
- Transfers/transport to and from the designated meeting/pickup point.
- Please bring your own evening meal for night one.
- Coffee, tea, herbal tea, milk, fridge,microwave, kettle, cutlery,crockery, are in all tents.
- No other food or beverages included so please bring your esky for any nibbles, drinks,ect.
- No dog food provided.
