Bernie the Pooch Pawfect Bus is ready to roll, and here’s your detailed itinerary to make the most of this pawfect getaway:
Day 1:
Morning:
8:00 am: Kick off the adventure by boarding Bernie the Pooch Pawfect Bus, heading south to Collie.
Afternoon:
Explore Collie’s town sites, including the Mural Trail, Art Gallery, Replica Coal Mine, and Old Railway Station.
Enjoy a leisurely stroll with your furry companions, soaking in the historical charm of the town.
Bernie the Pooch Pawfect Bus takes Doggos for a “sniff and a dip” at Mimingup Pool.
Evening:
Return to town and get spruced up for dinner at one of the two furry-friendly hotels.
Head back to your cozy cabin equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning, linen, and a kitchenette, where your doggo can snooze by your side.
Day 2:
Morning:
Start your day with a leisurely lie-in and breakfast of your choice.
10:00 am: Set out to explore the Griffin Coal mining company and witness the beauty of Stockton Lake, a popular camping and swimming area that was originally an open-cut mine.
Afternoon:
Travel along the scenic drive to Harvey.
11:45 am: Stop at Harvey Cheese, where doggos are welcome on the balcony. Allow your furry friends to stretch and sniff around before heading into Harvey for a relaxing lunch break.
1:30 pm: Amble your way back to Perth with doggos snoozing and dreaming of their new countryside adventures.

Meeting new doggo friends is exciting for some dogs but can be a little daunting for others. Dogs experience their world through scent, it is perfectly natural for dogs to be able to communicate, enjoy sharing time and have fun with their own kind. This is the same with people, as some are better than others at meeting new people. Well, it’s no different for a group of dogs who are meeting for the first time.

Pooch-n-Peeps offers a unique experience where dog lovers and their dogs share a fully organised day with other likeminded people. So, grab your lead, grab your dog, and jump onboard Bernie the Pooch Pawfect Bus. All the window seats are reserved for pooches where licking the scenery is part of the journey! This tour has a minimum of 10 and maximum of 16 people. All tour dates are subject to minimum number of 10 people for this tour to proceed. If the minimum number of people is not achieved the tour will be rescheduled.

Need to know
DOG HARNESS IS ESSENTIAL.
Your dog must have their own harness and lead. Our pooch safety belt clips to your dog’s harness. This ensures all dogs are safe.
Unfortunately securing your dog by their collar has the potential for neck injury.
Minimum peeps age 10, minimum pooch aged 16 weeks.
All the window seats are reserved for pooches where licking the scenery is part of the journey!
You can have peace of mind knowing Bernie the Pooch-n-Peeps Bus is fitted out with the following:
- Pooch and peeps seat belts
- Pooch snuggle blankets
- Full climate control
- First Aid Kit with Vet Emergency details
- Water & bowls, poo bags, and towels
- Everyone must be healthy, no illness or anything contagious
- Your pooch must be well behaved and able to socialise with other dogs and people without the aid of a muzzle
- Able to walk on a lead with a group of other dogs who will also be on leads
- Two dog limit per person
- Harnesses only. No retractable leads or correctional collars because of potential hazards in group situations.
- No transfers or refunds will be accepted with less than 3 days’ notice and the participant will forfeit the full ticket price.
- If a tour is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control e.g., extreme weather events, we will work with you to find a suitable date in the future.
- We understand circumstances can sometimes change, to receive 100% refund we need to receive your cancellation in writing no later than 10 days before your tour date.
- If 10 days’ notice is not provided there is a $50 administration fee charged per booking.
- There are no transfers within 3 days of the tour date and 100% of the ticket price will be forfeited if you are not able to attend.
- Carefully planned seating means everyone gets plenty of room. We provide a wonderful safe, happy, healthy, and unique day out with your dog.
