What's the minimum group size for a private booking?
Most tours require 6 guests minimum to book privately. Smaller groups are welcome to enquire about buyout pricing.
Can we choose our own date?
Yes — private bookings aren’t tied to the public tour calendar, subject to availability.
Can we combine tours or customise the itinerary?
Absolutely, especially through our “Design Your Own Tour” option — tell us your dream day and we’ll build it.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend 2–4 weeks’ notice for standard tours, and 6+ weeks for multi-day escapes.
Are dogs still welcome on every private tour?
Yes — every tour keeps our dog-friendly standards, private or public.
